      Purchase Conditions

      SHIPPING

      Orders will be sent during business hours from Monday to Friday within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt. They will be sent to the delivery address you provide us.

      We will send you a confirmation email that you will receive in a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check the Spam email or contact us at info@leahibiza indicating your order number.

      When we have confirmed the payment and shipped the order, we will send you the tracking number by email, so you can check the status of your shipment.

      If your package is lost, we are responsible for its search, but in the case of delivered products we are not responsible for its loss or theft.

      For possible questions about the status of your package you can contact us by email: info@leahibiza.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

      We ship worldwide. The product is sent by registered mail. Shipping costs and delivery time vary depending on the geographic area:


      National shipments (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands) and Andorra

      Delivery between 3 and 4 working days at a cost of € 3.90
      * for purchases over € 45 shipping will be free


      International deliveries:

      Delivery in a minimum of 7 working days at a cost of € 5.75
      * for purchases over € 60 shipping will be free


      International zones:

      ZONE A – Near Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, The Bailiwick of Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Jersey, Isle of Man, Azores, Falkland Islands, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Norway , Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and the Vatican.

      ZONE B – Rest of Europe and North Africa: Greenland, Faroe Islands, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Algeria, Russia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Belarus, Macedonia, Morocco, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine.

      ZONE C – America.

      ZONE D – Asia, Middle East, and Oceania: In addition to the countries of the Asian continent and Oceania, Libya, Sudan and Egypt are included.

      ZONE E – Rest of Africa: African countries not included in zones B and D.


      Shipping to USA:

      Delivery in a minimum of 7 working days at a cost of € 6.05
      * for purchases over € 60 shipping will be free


      Important:

      Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional fees and taxes. We are not responsible for the customs costs of the receiving country, this cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

      * If you want to make a fast shipment it is also possible, contact us at info @ leahibiza and we will inform you of the additional cost for making the urgent shipment.


      The payment methods accepted on our website are:

      – Credit card through a tpv payment gateway with your own bank: the cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other international cards.

      – Wire transfer

      – Bizum

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      In order to make an exchange or return, it must be made within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

      In which cases can I make a change?

      – I have the wrong size.
      – The product is in bad condition.
      – Other options.

      In the event that the product is in poor condition, it will be exchanged or reimbursed, for other possible options we reserve the right to evaluate it.

      For the return, the product must be sent in the same packaging in which it was received and without signs of having been used.

      You can make a product exchange or refund of the amount with the same payment method used. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

      To request the change, write us an e-mail to info@leahibiza.com with your name, the order number and attach a photo of the item you want to return. Explain your case to us, we will make an assessment and we will contact you as soon as possible.

      Once the request for the change arrives and we approve it, we will inform you of how to make the change and the cost. Products must be sent via certified mail.

      In the event that the product is in poor condition, Leah Ibiza will pay the cost of shipping. For other options the costs will be borne by the buyer. The cost will be consulted.

      Replacement item availability is not guaranteed as some of Leah Ibiza items are limited edition.

      To complete the return, the product must reach us in perfect condition, Leah Ibiza will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping.

      Once the return is received, we will send your new product or make a refund.
