      FAQ

What material is your jewelry made of?

In Leah Ibiza you can find different materials for the three collections:

      • In the Golden Collection the material is bronze, which is an alloy of copper and zinc, we give it a special color preservation treatment. Nickel and lead free.
      • For the Minimal Collection we use 925 sterling silver and 18 karat gold-plated sterling silver for the gold finishes.
      • In the Black Collection, the pieces are made of black rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver with a matte finish, which is highly resistant to wear and tear.  For the gold finishes18 karat gold-plated sterling silver.

      All pieces are nickel-free.

The characteristic that unites all the collections are the semi-precious stones with which we combine our pieces. We work with high quality stones. We explain the properties of stones in the Stones section.

How do I know the size of my ring?

Knowing the ring size is very easy! Follow these steps:

      • Take a ring that is the size you need.
      • Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters with a ruler.
      • Compare it with the measurements of our sizes.
      • If your ring is between two sizes, we recommend using the larger one.

      Do you have a store?

You can find us in different markets on the island of Ibiza. If you come for a visit or vacation and you are interested in seeing our stand, send us an email to info@leahibiza.com and we will inform you of the market days and hours.

How should I care for my jewelry?

At Leah Ibiza we recommend for the conservation of the material not to wet the pieces, not to use them for sports or any activity that involves sweating and to remove them when sleeping. It is very important that they are not in humid places or left in the sun. Also avoid putting them in contact with chemicals, creams and perfumes.

To clean the jewelry, you can place it in a bowl with a mixture of warm water and dish soap, let it rest for a few minutes and then use a soft-bristle toothbrush to clean it. Rinse them with clean water and dry them with a soft cotton cloth.

For smooth silver you can use a specific cloth to clean silver or “magic cotton” and then with warm soapy water remove any residue that may remain.

Cleaning silver with baking soda and a cloth is a good technique for jewelry with matte finishes, but don’t use it for shiny finishes because it scratches the surface and damages it.

I would like to buy a piece in a stone colour different from the ones on the web site. Is that possible?

We have many more items in our stock for the markets in different stones and colours that are not exhibited on the web. If you love a piece but would like a different stone, get in touch through our e-mail info@leahibiza.com and we will see if we can help you.

We will gradually incorporate new colors of stones and new pieces in the New Arrivals.
